You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. The delivery times provided are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

4.5 Risk of Loss

All products purchased from our website are delivered to you by a carrier. The risk of loss and title for such products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

• Blender Replacement Parts & Bread Machine Parts & Accessories
• Coffee & Tea consumable products
• Opened or used personal care appliances where original sanitary seals have been broken

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Wait for authorization and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Ship the item to the provided address using a trackable method
