We are proud to ship our premium kitchen tools and appliances globally (excluding Asia and a few remote regions).
Order Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare and process your order before it is dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines: We offer two reliable shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx): $12.95 flat rate. Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping (EMS): Available on all orders over $50. Your order will typically arrive within 15-25 business days after shipment.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, allowing you to follow its journey to your doorstep.
Our Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every product we offer. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving the shipment.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Be in its original, unused, and unwashed condition.
- Be in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
- Be accompanied by the original proof of purchase or order number.
⚠️ Important: Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following product categories are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Blender Replacement Parts & Bread Machine Parts & Accessories: For imperative hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned once opened.
- Coffee & Tea Consumables: Any products under the “Coffee & Tea” category intended for consumption.
- Opened or Used Personal Care Appliances: Any product where the original sanitary seals have been broken.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Please follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact Our Customer Care Team: Within 15 days of receipt, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and product details. You may use the template provided below.
- Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Returns shipped without an RMA number cannot be processed.
- Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide using a trackable method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- Inspection and Processing: Once received and inspected (typically 3-5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
Refund Timelines and Methods
Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note:
- Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- For exchanges, we will ship the new item via your chosen method once the return is processed.
